"My mother passed away unexpectedly from coronavirus in the middle of a huge snow storm. We live in South Florida and had to fly both her and myself back for the funeral. Thank goodness my mother had the foresight to pay for a preplan with Hellman's. It was a very emotional and overwhelming time for me and Hellman's made everything on their end so easy. They really took care of almost everything, only having to ask me a few questions and helped me with links to traveler information for the state of NY for coronavirus and so many other things that I may not have thought of on my own. Afterwards, the people that work at Hellman's have been very kind and have followed up with me several times to ensure that I received things I needed like the Certificate of Death and with all the other calls I have had to make it was nice to have a company call me to make sure I had what I needed. The people that work there are kind, companionate, knowledgeable and have excellent customer service skills."
